We also crafted a brand story video for the Business Owner Alliance, working closely with Greg, and collaborated on a content shoot before the Studio82 event. One of the standout moments was presenting at one of the Boroondara Council events—always a great opportunity to connect with the wider business community.
As the first quarter of the year wraps up, it’s the perfect time to reflect on what’s been an exciting and dynamic few months here at Grey Productions. From new collaborations and creative projects to personal milestones and upcoming ventures, here’s a snapshot of what we’ve been up to so far in 2025.
Creative Collaborations & Client Work
We kicked off the year strong with a fantastic collaboration with MagnetMe, quickly followed by a series of content shoots for Booran Motors, in partnership with MarketHub Solutions.
The collaboration with MagnetMe continued throughout the quarter, and yes—I managed to squeeze in a birthday celebration amidst the action!
Events, Presentations & Auctions
I had the pleasure of presenting at the Holden Car Club, a gathering filled with passionate enthusiasts and great energy. Around the same time, I won an auction for some awesome vintage lenses—expect some tutorial videos soon as I restore and experiment with these gems.
Another highlight was starting a new project with a branch of Workforce Australia. We’ve recorded a few days of content so far, but due to NDAs, I can’t share details just yet—stay tuned!
Valentine’s Shoots, Dental Clinics & 3D Printing
Valentine’s Day was spent behind the camera, capturing a beautiful content shoot for a home builder, once again in collaboration with MarketHub Solutions. We also did a shoot for a dental practice, ensuring their brand visuals are as polished as their smiles.
Another exciting partnership came through Bray from Unkropped Studio, where we worked on a project for a 3D printing business—a fascinating look at the intersection of tech and creativity.
Zund Switzerland & Real Estate for Women’s Summit
We had the honour of photographing the grand opening of Zund Switzerland here in Australia, capturing the elegance and energy of the event.
In addition, we were involved with the Real Estate for Women’s Summit, helping elevate the event’s visual storytelling and presence.
Community Engagement & Volunteering
Giving back to the community remains close to our heart. This quarter, we volunteered for the Grad Girls Kickoff event and provided photography support for the Whitehorse Business Group—two initiatives that are doing incredible work to support and empower others.
We also installed a time-lapse camera on a construction site, which will be capturing progress for the next three months. It’s always exciting to blend long-term documentation with visual storytelling.
Conferences, Website Updates & New Projects
We closed out March by covering the Kommerling Conference, a fantastic event filled with innovation and forward-thinking discussions.
In between all the madness, I found some time to update the website, refresh a few videos, and take on a handful of headshot sessions. I’ve also been quietly building out some exciting new tools and assets for upcoming projects—more on that soon.
Coming Soon: Ali’s 2 Cents Podcast
We’re launching a podcast called “Ali’s 2 Cents”—expect candid commentary, a few laughs, and real talk about creativity, business, and life. Keep an eye out for the first episode!
Happy (Belated) New Year!
And finally, we celebrated Nowruz, the Persian New Year. A little belated by the time you read this—but Happy New Year all the same!
